When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY - PLEASE NOTE
We recommend choosing FedEx Economy or Express at checkout for door-to door-delivery, full tracking and delivery guarantee.
*International standard delivery packages take 4 to 7 business days to deliver to the destination country, the package is then handed to customs and then the local postal service. Date of final delivery to the recipient depends on the local custom procedures and postal service.
Packages sent by international standard delivery are not insured and customers are responsible for filing claims for lost or stolen packages with their local postal service. Once orders have been shipped, we are unable to amend the order. Tracking information can vary greatly between countries and may be limited. Please note that some countries postal services do not share tracking data.
